black and white bed linen

Hey! Thanks for coming. Be warned - this website is "under construction" as they say. Some pages are placeholders, and some are oozing with copied and pasted words yet to be properly edited. I hope there's some good information in there for you and I promise one of us will get to that one day!

  • If you've been sent this link and don't know what a burn is, well, please read on. You can think of it for now as a community run and organised event based around a set of principles.

  • If you're wondering when and where our event in 2026 will be, we will publish that information as soon as our booking is complete. The location and dates will be different to last year's. Please check back later.

  • If you want to connect online, you can join our Telegram group and get to know the community ahead of the Burn.

What is Celtic Burn?
We are a small burn inspired by Burning Man, its culture and community and guided by the ten principles.

We are a co-created event, where the content is created and gifted by the participants.

New to Celtic Burn or burns in general? We’ve written a basic guide for you here.

Last year's membership Information:

Prices:

  • Base cost: £110

This covers site hire, insurance and 1 additional Build day on Sunday, April 13th.

  • Dreams contributions (optional): £30/£50/£70/choose your own
This part of the budget is for us to create together - it includes everything on top of the irreducible basics:

Art, workshops, and anything we may dream of... This will be distributed via a decentralised community process later.

  • Optional Kitchen plan: £30
This includes breakfast and vegan/vegetarian dinner.

Child Memberships:

Celtic Burn welcomes participants of all ages.

Important: If you're planning to bring children to Celtic Burn, please read this section.

E-mail us at celts.burn@gmail.com if you have any questions. We do answer eventually!
